Verification Requirements

After placing an order for educational software, purchasers must fax or email to CPE verification of your current educational status. Verification is not required for non-software products. Listed below are acceptable pieces of verification:

Teachers, Faculty & Staff Members, please provide one of the following:
a) a copy of a current picture School I.D. card; OR
b) a copy of a recent paycheck stub (all sensitive information may be blacked out) or some other official school document verifying your employment with the school , PLUS an alternative picture I.D. card (driver's license, etc. - all sensitive information may be blacked out).
Students of Higher Education, please provide one of the following:
a) a copy of a current picture School I.D. card; OR
b) a copy of a current enrollment form showing tuition as paid for current semester, plus an alternative picture I.D. card (driver's license, etc. - all sensitive information may be blacked out).
Students of K-12 Institutions, please provide one of the following:
a) copy of a current picture School I.D. card; OR
b) copy of a current report card, enrollment form, or some other official school document showing your name as a current student, PLUS a picture I.D. card for the student (state id card, driver's license, etc.) or, for minors, a picture school ID card of one the student's parents having the same last name of the student.
Schools paying by Purchase Order, please mail or fax to us a valid School Purchase Order.
K-12 Homeschools, please provide one or more of the following verifications:
a) a copy of a letter from the local county or state's depatment of education or school board recognizing your homeschool; OR
b) copies of receipts for purchases of homeschool curriculumn packages in addition to verification of membership in any homeschool associations.
c) or, please call us at 800-679-7007 to discuss other forms of acceptable homeschool verification.
Non-Profit Organizations, please provided one of the following verifications:
a) copy of the organizations 501(c)3 Determination Letter; OR
b) other documentation confirming that the organization is a legitimate non-profit organization.

CPE CANNOT SHIP ANY PRODUCTS UNTIL THIS VERIFICATION IS RECEIVED.

Ways to send us your verification

Verifications may be faxed, AFTER PLACING YOUR ORDER, to CPE's fax number at 800-679-6996. Please reference your order number on the fax;
OR
Verifications may be emailed, AFTER PLACING YOUR ORDER, by sending an a scanned image email attachment (.jpg, .gif, or .tiff formats accepted) to CPE at verify@educational-software.com. Please reference your order number in the subject line of the email.
